Dancing with the Stars — the torturous hoofing marathon that should be called They Shoot Has-Beens, Don’t They? — almost signed its most glorious celebrity in three seasons to appear on its thirteenth go-around: the winsome, storied, eerily flirtatious father to Tatum O’Neal, Mr. Ryan O’Neal. Oh my goodness. O’Neal and his daughter have worked out most of their differences over the years, but it’s a little strange to realize the dubious Oscar nominee (for Love Story!) was going to be beamed into American homes for two weeks. Recent knee replacement surgery prevented him from officially signing on (he’ll reportedly be ready for next season), but let’s make the most of this almost-news and devise five dances O’Neal can perform in tribute to his film career in the future.

Sebastian Bach: Hurricane DESTROYED My Memorabilia

Sebastian Bach is "numb, in shock and devastated" after his home was COMPLETELY trashed by Hurricane Irene -- causing serious damage to his home and wiping out his "irreplaceable" collection of KISS and Skid Row memorabilia.
Bach posted the sad photo of his New Jersey home on his Facebook -- saying, "Somewhere under this water is a KISS pinball machine & 2 gargoyles from the Dynasty tour. If you see them floating past your house, they're mine. Or at least they were."
The ex-Skid Row frontman says the hurricane caused the reservoir next to his house to overflow -- sending a bridge CRASHING into the home's garage, knocking the house off it's foundation and flooding the basement where the rock items were stored.
In addition to the pinball machine and the gargoyles -- Bach says he lost a TON of Skid Row master tapes and memorabilia.
But Sebastian is taking it all in stride -- using the tragedy as an opportunity for a fresh start on the West Coast -- saying, "Hello, Los Angeles. Hello, New Life. Here I Am. It's time for a new start."

Charlie Sheen: 'Killed By a Train? Nice Try Guys!'

Charlie Sheen has a message to the people at "Two and a Half Men" -- WARLOCKS CANNOT BE KILLED BY A TRAIN!!!!
TMZ has obtained the first promotional photo for Sheen's upcoming "Comedy Central Roast" -- where the obvious message seems to be that the CRAZY TRAIN is coming to town ... and Charlie's the conductor.
But Charlie tells TMZ there's a DEEPER message -- and it's aimed at the "Men" writers who killed off his character in a "meat explosion" with a metro-train ... saying, "Killed by a train? Nice try guys."

MC Hammer did TWO incredible things at the Gathering of Juggalos festival in Illinois last night -- first, he wasn't killed ... and second, HE DID THE HAMMER DANCE!!!!!!!!
Hammer gyrated the hell out of himself while performing "U Can't Touch This" -- and it was so enchanting ... the Juggalos actually restrained themselves from hurling objects at his face.
Impressive, considering the Juggalos bloodied up last year's performers -- Method Man and Tila Tequila -- by pelting them with beer cans with Nolan Ryan-esque accuracy.
He told you, homeboy ... you can't touch this.

Jani Lane to be Honored By Warrant at Tonight's Concert

Jani Lane's former band will pay tribute to the fallen singer at their concert tonight in North Dakota ... TMZ has learned.
Guitarist Erik Turner -- who co-founded the band -- tells us, "We will be making a tribute before we play the song 'Heaven' tonight."
He adds, "We never thought that when the song 'Heaven' was written we would be playing it someday in the memory of Jani's untimely death. This is a very sad day for rock and roll. One of the great things about music is that it lives on forever."
Lane penned the song "Heaven" back in 1989 -- and it's said to be the band's most commercially successful single.
